Full pre-payment is required to secure your appointment(s) with the KICSTM Virtual Executive Functioning Coach.  All major credit cards are the only acceptable forms of payment.  We will not accept cheque and cash payments via the mail or money orders.  All payments are final and non-refundable.  Please provide 24-hours advanced notice via email to reschedule your appointment in the event you are unable to attend the Live SkypeTM video session.  Failure to do so, does not entitle you to a “make-up” session. There is no refund or credit for missed sessions with our KICSTM Virtual Executive Functioning Coach.

Students under 18 years of age must co-enroll along with their parents in order to purchase the KICSTM Virtual Executive Functioning Coach services.    All sessions will be kept in the strictest of confidentiality.

It is critical that you take care when placing your order by checking your binder kit details as well as your planner details provided in the KICSTM Preview and reading over your shopping cart details ensuring that all details are correct such as your names are spelled correctly; “day” sheets, teachers and class and classroom details are spelled correctly too.  The KICSTM Team prints information exactly as it appears on your order invoice; therefore, if you notice an error of any kind then contact our KICSTM Customer Care immediately.  If your order arrives differently from your invoice order, then please contact our Customer Service.

Once your returned order has been received, we will credit the total of your order to the original credit card used during the time of the purchase.  If you are unhappy with a portion of your order, we will issue a credit for the item price.  A refund email confirmation will be sent to you once your refund has been processed.
